When she arrived in Miami for her performance rather than hitting the beach she went to Miami’s Childrens Hospital. A spokeperson for the hospital said she took pictures with the kids, gave autographs. The kids we so excited to meet Britney. She also donated money to the hospital’s Big Apple Circus Clown Care Program.
